PIPFALL Privacy Policy

PIPFALL: A Dice Odyssey ("PIPFALL" or "the app") is provided by Kinected Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app or contact us about it.

1. Offline gameplay

PIPFALL is an offline, single-player game. The app does not transmit your gameplay, personal information, or device identifiers to us. It does not require an account and does not contain advertising, in-app purchases, analytics or tracking SDKs, or an app-integrated crash-reporting service. Its Android package does not request internet access.

There are no online player profiles, chat features, multiplayer services, or online leaderboards. We do not receive your progress simply because you play the game.

Information you voluntarily send us outside the app, such as a support email, is handled separately as described below.

2. Information stored on your device

PIPFALL stores information locally to operate the game and remember your progress. This includes:

• Your current expedition, recovery saves, and a regular expedition temporarily saved while you play a challenge.
• Game settings, including sound, motion, text, and touch-feedback preferences.
• Relic discoveries, milestones, challenge results, scores, and recent-run records.
• Run seeds and local timestamps associated with saved records.

This information is stored in the app's private storage on your device. We do not have remote access to it and cannot retrieve or restore it for you. PIPFALL does not provide developer-operated cloud saving or synchronization.

3. Backup files and the clipboard

If you choose Export save file, PIPFALL creates a JSON backup containing your saved progress and settings at the location you select through Android's document picker. Exported files are not encrypted by PIPFALL. Keep them in a location you trust, and share them only when you intend someone else to have access to their contents.

If you choose Import save file, the app reads the file you select. Importing replaces existing local progress after confirmation. These features use access to the selected file or destination rather than requesting broad access to your device's storage.

If you select a cloud-storage provider in Android's document picker, that provider may upload or store the file under its own privacy policy and your account settings. This does not send the file to Kinected Solutions.

The Copy seed feature writes the selected run seed to your device's clipboard. PIPFALL does not read the clipboard. Clipboard synchronization, if enabled on your device, is controlled by your operating system or other services you use.

4. Permissions and device features

PIPFALL uses vibration for optional touch feedback. You can disable this in the app's settings. Launcher shortcuts open relevant sections of the game and do not send information to us.

The app does not access your camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifier. It does not request broad storage permission.

5. Support and privacy correspondence

If you email contact@kinected.io, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. This may include your name, message, device or app details, screenshots, an order reference, or a save file you voluntarily attach.

We use this information to respond to your request, investigate reported problems, provide support, and maintain necessary records of the inquiry. You do not need to provide this information to play PIPFALL. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.

Our email and other service providers may process correspondence on our behalf to deliver, store, and help us respond to messages. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security issues, or legal claims. We do not sell your personal information or use support correspondence for targeted advertising.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing this correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to requests and maintaining a reliable service, on providing requested contractual support where applicable, and on compliance with legal obligations. Where processing instead depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

6. Retention and deletion

Local game data: Information remains on your device until it is replaced through gameplay or import, or you remove it. To delete the app's stored data, use Android's Settings → Apps → PIPFALL → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. Menu names may vary by device. Deleting this data removes your local progress and settings.

Exported backups: Clearing app data or uninstalling PIPFALL does not delete backup files you saved elsewhere. Delete these separately from the selected folder or cloud service, including any copies or retained backups managed by that provider.

Support correspondence: We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the inquiry, handle follow-up issues, and meet applicable legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You can request deletion by emailing us. Where we must retain information for a legal reason, we will explain the applicable limitation when responding to your request.

There is no PIPFALL account to delete. We cannot delete or recover local game files remotely.

7. Security

The app uses Android's private app storage for its local records and does not send those records over a network to us. Access to support correspondence is limited to people and service providers who need it for the purposes described in this policy.

No device, storage system, or communication method is completely secure. Protect access to your device and email account. Exported save files are outside the app's private storage and are not encrypted by the app.

8. Google Play, Android, and external websites

Google Play handles app distribution, purchases, and refunds under Google's own terms and privacy practices. PIPFALL does not collect your payment-card details or process your app purchase. Google may make purchase, sales, or diagnostic information available to developers through its platform services; this is separate from data transmitted by the app itself.

Google, Android services, your device manufacturer, and any storage provider you select may process information independently under their own policies and your settings. The absence of an analytics or crash-reporting SDK in PIPFALL does not mean your operating system or app store collects no diagnostic information.

When you open an external website, your browser and the website handle that visit separately from offline gameplay. Visits to kinected.io, including this policy page and any website contact form, are subject to the Kinected Solutions website privacy policy. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

9. Children's privacy

PIPFALL does not collect personal information through gameplay from players of any age and does not offer accounts or player communications. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through support correspondence. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. Parents and guardians can manage purchases and device access through the controls provided by Google Play and Android.

10. Your privacy choices and rights

You control local game data and exported backups as described above. For personal information we hold in support correspondence, applicable law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy, or restrictions on processing, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Send requests to contact@kinected.io with "PIPFALL privacy" in the subject line. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant correspondence. We will respond as required by applicable law. We cannot supply gameplay records that remain solely on your device.

11. Changes and contact

We will update this policy if PIPFALL's information-handling practices change and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, and any notice or consent required by applicable law will be provided before the relevant processing begins.
